From 2011.01 to 2013.12, The Mechanism, Diagnose and Prediction of Sustained Casing Pressure (SCP) in acid gas well , According to geological conditions, wellbore structure and cementin g data of acid gas wells, the possible reasons leading to SCP will be analyze d. And based on generalized annular Darcy percolation theory and gas-liquid t wo-phase fluid dynamics theory, coupled mathematical model of gas migration i n cement and mud column will be developed. Then the relation of gas migration rate and value of SCP with time can be calculated. Diagnose interpretation m ethods of pressure bleed-down plot and pressure buildup plot will be research ed to find the mechanism of SCP, improve mathematical model and predict varia tion of SCP.
From 2012.01 to 2017.12, Prediction and measurement of H2S/CO2 and its correlation with the casing/tubing integrity , Based on the crucial dates of environment, material and casing programs, in this term, prediction model of H2S/CO2 solubility will be set up, and the solubility testing method of H2S/CO2 in formation water will be investigated. Then we can obtain the vital influential factors. After proposing a new testing measure way of environmental fracture toughness(KIC), we will optimize the correlation model between environmental fracture strength of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and enviromental fracture toughness (KIC). Based on the H2S/CO2 solubility and KIC,we can obtain the correlation between H2S/CO2 solubility and KIC. Then we will make use of the influential laws of corrosion inhibitor on H2S/CO2 solubility, in order to seek another inhabit mechanism of corrosion inhibitor. Finally, the casing and tubing design and fit-for-purpose method will be put forward based on the environment fracture mechanics.
