Security, it was taken as of a secondary importance, has become a primary concern nowadays in all fields of computing – ranging from a trivial information system to an embedded system or IoT devices. Different methods, techniques and approaches like Data Mining, Machine Learning, Neural Network, Genetic Algorithm etc. are being tested and implemented to ensure and enhance securities of hardware and software systems. In addition, such techniques are also used to get most up-to-date knowledge out of the systems e.g. Knowledge Discovery in Databases- whether it is simple MIS or an ERP. This special issue aims to disseminate recent researches done in the field of data mining, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, which focuses in knowledge discovery from Information Systems and strengthening security in computer systems and other relevant areas. Nevertheless, original research papers as well as papers with sufficient analytical depth are solicited from any field of Information Systems, Information Security and Machine Learning.
Aims and Scope:
  1. Machine Learning
  2. Information Security
  3. Information Systems
  4. Data Science
  5. Knowledge Mining
  6. Network Security
