Introduction
There is a lot of drive in a new locale of novel research referred to as polymeric materials, polymer composite and nanocomposites recently. The word Nanocomposite illustrates a range of composites designed and engineered on a nanometre scale with extensive applications especially in biomedical niche. A lot of research has been proceeding in innovative discovery, design, engineering and development of highly novel applicable polymeric materials, composites, and nanocomposites for effective application in materials such as tissue scaffolds, composites textile fibres, electro-spurn nanocomposites fibres, composite nanocarriers, nanoparticles reinforced polymer nanocomposites and so on. The synthesis of the aforementioned materials is an integral part of polymer science, nanoscience and nanotechnology, and biomaterial technology. A branch of research under this field is the biomaterial science and technology. This issue will cover the recent innovative works in the field in polymeric materials, their composites, nanocomposites along with their applications in different branches of biomaterials. The issue will cover Research, Review, Case Report, Short commentary etc.
Aims and Scope:
  1. Call for and possible publication of articles on recent advances in novel polymeric materials.
  2. Call for and possible publication of articles on synthesis, modification and proposed application of polymeric nanomaterials especially in biomaterials.
