Guidelines for Submission
Manuscripts can be submitted until the expiry of the deadline. Submissions must be previously unpublished and may not be under consideration elsewhere.
Papers should be formatted according to the guidelines for authors (see: http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/journal/guideforauthors?journalid=306). By submitting your manuscripts to the special issue, you are acknowledging that you accept the rules established for publication of manuscripts, including agreement to pay the Article Processing Charges for the manuscripts. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the online manuscript submission system at http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/login. All papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal and will be listed together on the special issue website.

Introduction
This special issue aims to expand and spread knowledge about access to justice as a right and a necessity for the social and economic development. The idea is to correlate issues that are fundamental to ensure a minimal dignity to human beings of any country. It is known that access to justice is essential to ensure reliability and the development of the Democratic State of Law because it will be the last way able to ensure freedom and the minimum existential minimum requirements. Therefore, the issue proposes to analyze the jurisdictional tutelage as legitimizing essence of the legal system. The goal of this special issue is to encourage debate and explore modernization and increment of these three possibilities proposed: access to justice, law and development. The scientific production expect to achieve with this issue are those that observes and relate access to justice as a protection of Human Rights and development.
