Nursing management and administration serves a vital remark in the functions of institution, which involves nursing professionals. Nursing deals greatly in the preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative care of clients, if not possible, it deals with rendering quality of life and dignified death. While nursing managers are responsible with delegation, planning, collaboration, motivation, to name a few.
