Introduction
Making use of intellectual capital appears as a necessity to face the competition but the rigidity and lack of creativity, innovation and quality management constitute major hurdles. A vast majority of the literature discussed the effect of intellectual capital on the firm’s performance (Tóth and Jónás, 2012; Mondal and Ghosh, 2012; Peng et al., 2007; Jardón and Martos, 2009; Kamukama et al., 2010; Asiaei et al., 2018). Others demonstrated the effect of intellectual capital on productivity (Komnenic and Pokrajčić, 2012; Ooi et al., 2013). The major objective of this intellectual capital is enhancing innovation and change management.
Aims and Scope:
  1. Corporate Intellectual capital
  2. Innovation
  3. Strategic change management
  4. Empowerment
  5. Artificial Intelligence
  6. Leadership
