My special issue mainly includes:
1. Bulk amorphous alloy(metallic glass): Study on preparation and properties of bulk amorphous alloy and its composites; Study on rheological behavior of bulk amorphous alloy (metallic glass);Study on microforming technology of bulk amorphous alloy (Metallic Glass);Preparation of amorphous alloy (metallic glass) coating and study on properties; Study on 3D Printing Technology of amorphous alloy (metallic glass).
2. Welding: Research direction is dissimilar metal welding. The bonding mechanism and interfacial microstructure evolution process of titanium/steel joints are investigated by using different interlayer metals, which further reveals influence mechanism and internal law of the formation mechanism microstructure evolution, mechanical property and corrosion resistance of titanium/steel dissimilar metalsjoints by different interlayer metals.
3. Material Processing: The research is the interface control of nickel-based superalloys. A new technology of forming low-energy interface (process strengthening technology) is studied. Through this new technology, the content of low-energy interface in nickel-based deformed superalloys can be accurately regulated, so that these special grain boundaries can replace or reduce the role of alloy elements in the alloys. The comprehensive properties of the alloys can be greatly improved. The plain superalloy can be achieved, and the dependence of the superalloys on rare and precious metal alloys can be reduced. The development of high stability phase boundary control methods is obtained.
4. Advanced Processing Technology: The research is to manufacture Inconel 738 superalloy by additive manufacturing technology (selective laser melting). The solidification nucleation mechanism, defect formation mechanism, precipitation behavior and microstructural evolution characteristics of the mobile micro-molten pool during the selective laser melting are studied. By changing the rapid solidification conditions, the solidification structure can be controlled, and the defects of the alloy in the forming process can be solved. By studying the relationship between the structure characteristics and the strength and toughness of selective laser melting, the complex components with stable structure and good performance are obtained.
