From 2015 to Pursuing, Ph.D. (Forestry)
From 2013 to 2015, M.Sc. (Forestry)
From 2009 to 2013, B.Sc. (Forestry)
From 2013 to 2015, Evaluation of Gummosis Potential in Acacia nilotica L. Using Various Concentration of Ethephon
In the present study trees will be selected and categorized in girth class. The drill machine will be used to make hole in the trunk of tree. Two doses of ethephon concentration will be penetrated in the trunk through hole. This practice will be followed in all three seasons viz; rainy, winter and summer. All the treatments will be designed as per 4-factor factorial experiment in Completely Randomised design with three replications. This study will generate the information of enhancing and standardization of the production of gum along with effects of ethephon on life of Babul. This study will be useful to enhance the income of farmers and rural people of the state. Gum tapping using scientific methods of gum exudation not only increase the life span of the tree but also yields good quality gum of high international value.
From 2015 to 2018, Effect of Site Quality on Biomass, Productivity and, Storage and Sequestration of Carbon in Sal (Shorea robusta) in Tropical Deciduous Forest of Chhattisgarh, India
I am focusing on detailed study comprises phytosociological analysis i.e. vegetation structure, tree biomass, forest floor biomass, litter fall, herbaceous biomass, fine root biomass and collection of soil samples from site quality of Sal forest for the analysis.
