From 2013 to 2015, Experimental and theoretical study of optical and electrical properties of PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3 (PMN) thin-film under various conditions , The objectives of this study are three folds: 1-To fundamentally understand the effects of the surface deformations, epitaxial strain, and the characteristic of substrate on structure and properties of heterovalent perovskite thin-film system. 2- To investigate the capability of our methods to study heterovalent perovskite thin-film systems. 3- To determine the conditions that can improve the efficiency of the properties of PMN thin-films.
