From 01/2010 to 12/2012, Bioaccumulation of hydroxylated poly brominated diphenyl ethers in aqueous ecosystem , This grant studies the bioaccumulation kinetics of OH-PBDEs and their transfer mechanism in aqueous food chain.
From 01/2009 to 12/2012, Toxical effects of typical persistent organic pollutants , This grant studies the development toxicity, hepatotoxicity, immunotoxicity and neurotoxicity of the emerging pollutants such as PBDEs and PFOS using zebra fish as the tested animal.
From 01/2013 to 12/2016, Study on the photochemical formation mechanism of OH-PBDEs in water based on EPR-LFP technology , According to the assignment of transient species characterized by EPR and LFP, combined with the analysis of product distributions, the reaction mechanism of photopolymerization of BPs to OH-PBDEs in aqueous phase was proposed, and the effects of important environmental factors (such as pH, NO2- and DOM) on the phototransformation were elucidated. These findings facilitated the thorough understanding of OH-PBDE congener sources and origins in abiotic environment and were helpful to their environmental risk evalution and management.
From 01/2017 to 12/2020, Study on the formation mechanism of environmentally persistent free radicals in NOM of water and their influence on the photolysis of typical organic pollutants , According to the assignment of transient species characterized by EPR and LFP and the analysis of product distribution determined by GC-MS and HPLC-MS/MS, the influence mechanism of EPFRs on the photodegradation of typical organic pollutants was elucidated. These findings facilitated the thorough understanding of EPFRs sources in the environment and were helpful to their environmental risk evalution and management.
From 01/2013 to 12/2017, Study on water environment effects and simulation of reclamation , Antibiotics are used widely as human and veterinary medicine and animal husbandry growth promoters. According to the analysis of several typical antibiotics determined by HPLC-MS/MS, the bioaccumulation and biomagnification of antibiotics in marine food webs in Laizhou Bay, North China were studied. With the help of the calculated estimated daily intakes (EDI) for antibiotics, the connection between the consumption of seafood from Laizhou Bay and human health risks was evaluated. This study could provide important insights into the guidance of risk management of antibiotics.
From 09/2015 to 12/2018, Study on the formation mechanism of environmentally persistent free radicals in NOM in water based on EPR-LFP technology , This grand studied the formation of EPFRs in NOM under natural irradiation in water, and figured out the influence of halo phenols and transition metal ions on formation of EPFRs, which was helpful in understanding the sources and potential risks of EPFRs.
